MINOR REPAIRS MANAGER – North West Region


Based at our Manchester Office, duties for this role include site surveys, preparing quotations, ordering materials and allocating repairs to engineers. Other duties include managing the repairs portfolio and achieving planned quotation values, completion values and target margins. The successful candidate must have good organisational, communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial. A full driving licence is essential. ESTIMATOR (ENGINEER) – Stockton-on-Tees


We are currently seeking applicants for the above role working within the Estimating Department at Stockton. This challenging role will involve working closely with our Sales, Installation and Technical teams along with external suppliers in order to produce cost estimates for new lifts and modernisations. The successful candidate will need to be able to work under their own initiative and be both technically able and commercially aware. Applicants should hold either a relevant technical qualification and/ or have relevant technical experience. Previous experience of estimating would be beneficial but not essential to the role. Candidates should possess technical aptitude and excellent organisation and I.T. skills. Competitive salary and benefits include 25 days holiday pro rata plus bank holidays.

Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, be self motivated, flexible and willing to undertake call-out duties and travel. A full driving licence is essential. To oversee the day to day running of the service team in order to deliver an efficient and effective routine and reactive maintenance service to clients. The successful candidate will be required to liaise with customers to ensure client satisfaction and manage customer expectations, manage the call-out rota, monitor workload to ensure completion of jobs to timescale, process timesheets and to record and report on job closures and costings. Must have previous supervisory experience, be a qualified / time served Engineer and have good I.T. skills. A full driving licence is essential. MINOR REPAIRS ENGINEER – Caterham


A time served or NVQ III Lift Engineer with experience of repair jobs is required to undertake lift repairs across the branch typically as part of a two person team. This role requires the successful candidate to be proficient in the repair and maintenance of all types of goods, passenger and service lifts and to complete maintenance schedules, where required, in accordance with agreed Service Contracts. Excellent communication skills both written and oral and good organisation and prioritisation skills are needed. Will also have to actively participate, if required, in an on-call rota within the region. Competitive salary and benefits include 25 days holiday pro rata plus bank holidays and pension scheme.

INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE ENGINEER - Birmingham


This role is responsible for the installation/commissioning and servicing of HVAC equipment. The successful candidate must hold a valid ACS commercial gas certification (Corgi preferred) and hold a valid driving licence. Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation is essential. Must be willing to travel throughout the UK and join an on call rota system. The role will require self motivation and enthusiasm to drive forward a new venture, while undertaking training on additional skill sets as utilised within the group. Full time, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week. Competitive salary and benefits include; 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company vehicle and pension scheme.

LIFT ENGINEERS, IMPROVERS, SUPERVISORS AND MATES- Nationwide


Due to continued success, we are currently recruiting for experienced Lift Engineers, Improvers, Supervisors and Mates to carry out installation and modernisation works. Candidates must have previous experience of installing hydraulic passenger lifts and refurbishments. Applicants for Mate positions should ideally have some construction site experience gained within the lift industry or within an electrical / mechanical envionment. A flexible attitude to work, willingness to travel and driving licence are essential for all positions. Competitive rates of pay, performance related bonus, 25 days holiday and pension. In addition we would be interested to hear from experienced sub contractors and those looking to return to the Lift Industry.
