REGIONAL SERVICE SALES MANAGER – based North West or North East, to cover Nationally
We require a commercially focused Sales Engineer / Manager with a proven
sales record ideally gained within the lift industry. The post holder
will be responsible for achieving personal sales targets in conjunction
with managing the Regional Sales Engineers. Main duties will include
analysis of Tender Documentation to identify all requirements
(commercial, contractual, operational, submission requirements and
timelines for completion), undertaking site surveys to clearly identify
contractual risks and initial pricing compilation based on tender
analysis. Responsibilities also include managing and motivating the
sales team to achieve targets and develop relationships for future
opportunities. Applicants must have proven sales management experience
and a track record of successful service contract sales. Candidates
shoud possess excellent communication skills, good commercial awareness
and excellent interpersonal skills. As this role requires national
coverage applicants must be willing to travel and have a full driving
licence.
